Alyson Gourley-Cramer brings over 18 years’ workplace experience as a PR professional. She specializes in community engagement, crisis and issues management, brand and web design, and major engagement projects. Alyson started her firm, Monogram Communications, in 2019 on the traditional territory of the Lheidlhi T’enneh and has grown it nationally to 20 team members, 90% of whom identify as women. Alyson’s work has won four national PR awards and 4 international awards, including: CPRS Awards of excellence Employee Engagement / Internal Communications Campaign of the Year (gold), New Product or Service Launch (bronze) with BC Housing, IABC Bronze Quill Award: provincial road safety project for ICBC, CPRS Award of Excellence: 2015 Canada Winter Games’ website and app, gold and silver at the Best of CASE VIII (2020), including the Virginia Carter Smith Grand Crystal Award for excellence in post-secondary advancement communications and marketing.
Alyson has her MA in Professional Communication (RRU), is Certified IAP2, and nationally accredited (APR). She's the biggest cheerleader for her two teens and loves a great hike on the trails with her chocolate lab, Sally.
