Kaitlyn Saunders has worked in the field of finance and administration for nonprofit organizations for almost two decades, helping each one navigate challenges, streamline operations, and achieve their goals. After dedicating her time to various organizations, each with their own unique missions and causes, she decided to embark on a new adventure.  To create Northern BC Women in Business Association.

Kaitlyn has a passion to create an organization that makes women in business feel supported.  She is always happy to connect on new ideas and potential collaborations!
