From Symptoms to Strategy

Perimenopause, Menopause & Women in Business

Join us for an honest and informative conversation on how perimenopause and menopause impact women in business—often in ways that go unspoken.

This session will break down what’s actually happening in the body, including the key hormonal changes at play, and how these shifts contribute to common symptoms like brain fog, fatigue, mood changes, sleep disruption, and more.

We’ll explore how these changes can show up in professional settings—affecting confidence, focus, leadership, and day-to-day performance—and why it’s time we start talking about it.

Beyond the overview, we’ll share practical strategies and tools to help you better manage symptoms, support your wellbeing, and continue to thrive in your career and business.

Session format:
• 30–45 minute presentation
• Open Q&A and discussion

A space to learn, relate, and have real conversations about something many women experience—but few openly discuss.
